The difference between stress and anxiety?
Stress is caused by outside pressures, such as family problems, workload or financial difficulties.  Anxiety is the body’s reaction to stress. Anxiety can also be created internally, by negative thoughts and reactions to everyday situations.
Conditions such as depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and migraines are all ways that excess or sustained anxiety can affect our well-being.
